How to order:
Ordering is very simple. Just search through the website, find the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Enter your name and address information, email, payment method and choice of shipping (priority or economy).
After you have filled all the necessary information and placed your order, we will send you a confirmation by email. This will include all the information about your order and instructions for making a payment. DO NOT make the payment before receiving the confirmation email for your order. We always give personal attention to your orders, so don’t expect automatic responses. We’ll come back to you as soon as possible.
If you want to insure your order, please let us know by email to tarjashop@gmail.com. We will give you further details on how to do this, and how much it will add to your order.
If you choose to pay "Directly to bank account" or by "PayPal" please wait for the confirmation email including the total amount before making the payment. Once we have sent the confirmation email to your order and received your payment, we will handle it in two days.
If you choose to pay "cash on delivery" (ONLY AVAILABLE IN FINLAND) . We will handle your order in two days after sending the confirmation email to you.
How to pay:
Paying with PayPal:
After you've placed your order, we’ll send you an email with the total amount of your order, delivery number and a link to the PayPal payment page. This page is completely secure, so you can give your credit card information without any concern of someone getting their hands on them.
For PayPal payments, we have to charge a PayPal surcharge, which is 3,5 % from the total amount of your order.
Paying directly to bank-account:
After you’ve accepted your order, we’ll send you an email with our bank information and the total amount of your order. With this information, you can make the payment in your Internet bank (in case you have one) or in your bank office.
If you live in the EU, we have to charge you a surcharge of 0,50 euros for our bank fee.
If you live outside the EU, we have to charge you a surcharge of 3,50 euros for our bank fee.
Cash on Delivery (ONLY IN FINLAND!)
After placing your order, we'll process your order in two days. When the package arrives to your post office they’ll send you a note, and you can pick it up and pay the order at the post office.
If your payment method is "Cash On Delivery", we must add 3.55 EUR for Finnish Post's COD Charge.
Returning/Changing products:
If you want to change or return products, please contact us by email to tarjashop@gmail.com, and you will be given further intruction on how to do it.
Problems with your product:
If you notice any manufacturing faults in you product, again contact us by email to tarjashop@gmail.com and you will be given further information.
