Official Fan Club Due to the many requests we got from people worldwide for officialisation of their fanclubs or their wishes to create one in their city or country, Tarja decided to createan international Official Fanclub. The club is called Winter Storm Official Fan Club and the plan is to have a separate official fanclub in each country that organizes its own activities. To make this project we will need your help. We would like to ask everybody who is already running a fanclub in his/her country or is planning to create one to contact us to: The criteria for each club are as follows: A mere website is not a fanclub. So if you´re already running a website the fanclub area has to be clearly separate from the website and recognizable as a fanclub having a communication platform for members only, maybe a forum or a blog. But something that allows members of the club to communicate with each other, organize meetings, etc. There should exist a member´s area with info like number of members, new members, maybe also names/nicks, a photo and a short introduction text from each member. So if you´re about to create a fanclub in your country please take these criteria into account from the very beginning. The already existing clubs also should make the respectivechanges to make their club meet these criteria. Any further additions to your fanclub platform are up to you. If there are more than one fanclub in one country, we would ask you to get in touch with each other and merge your clubs into just one. After we recognize a new club, there will be a probation time of 6 month before we will officialize the respective club. As soon as a club has become official it will be integrated in the Winter Storm Official Fan Club and also will have the same name, like for example “Winter Storm Italy”, “Winter Storm Argentina”, etc. Websites linked to a certain fanclub can keep their names and domains. We would like to stress, that being a member of one of the official clubs does not mean that you are automatically given the chance to meet Tarja. But there will be many features for the members like special merchandize, contests, promotion in their respective countries, etc. The central organization will keep the different clubs If you have any ideas to contribute to the organization of the fan club, we would like to hear them.
Additionally, there will be a central organization that oversees and coordinates all the different international branches.

There should exist a news area, where all news just concerning the club are added like meeting dates, new merchandize, contests, etc.
The news section and member´s area of the club should be bilingual with an English version also available besides your native language in order for us to be able to read it.
This is mainly to see if the club is active and working also over a longer period of time and if the respective presidents are really involved in what they´re doing. Because as mentioned before, each club has to organize it and keep it running. The central organization won’t do this for you.
